The following terms and conditions apply to individuals who access or use the Unraid Affiliate Program both as a merchant ("we" or "merchant") and an affiliate ("you" or "affiliate") who refers customers to use Unraid OS.
By participating in the Unraid Ambassadors Program, you, the Affiliate, agree to use the Program in the manner specified in and are bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Approve or Reject Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
2. Affiliate Login, Links, and Coupons
Affiliate links are generated under the Links section of your affiliate dashboard (affiliates.unraid.net).
To log in, use affiliates.unraid.net/login.
From time to time, we will offer exclusive affiliate coupons to you to share with your network, but there will not always be a discount applied to customer sales.
3. Commissions, payments, and cookie duration
Refer any customer via your affiliate link to purchase Unraid on our website (unraid.net/pricing), and you will get a 10% commission of every sale.
Ex: 1 Unraid Unleashed $109 purchase would trigger a $10.90 affiliate commission.
For an Affiliate to receive commissions, you need to specify the payment details upon sign-up. We will use wise.com to issue payments. Please create an account there and input that account email accordingly. Commission payments are due 30 days after a conversion, and a minimum of $250 must be earned to trigger a commission payment. Earnings will accrue and be made once $250 is reached.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives us, the merchant, the right to review every referral order. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out. Referral Cookies tied to your affiliate links expire after 60 days.
4. Visitors, Leads, & Conversions
A Visitor is when someone clicks a valid affiliate link and lands on our site. Our step-1 script must load for it to count as a Visitor, as we don't use re-directs for link tracking.
A Lead happens as soon as referral data is passed to our payment processor.
A Conversion is when a successful charge or payment occurs via credit/debit cards.

6. Removal from the Program
If you wish to be removed from the affiliate program, please go to your profile page and at the bottom click Delete your account.
